If I build a shopping mall for $3.2Billion and then sell it several years later for $250Million, less a discount of $120Million (in excahange for an open-ended commitment from the buyer that he will develop infrastructure worth that much -$120Million). Will you call me CRAZY.

If we cant have stable power yet, at least ensure ample supply of generating fuels at the stations. We need Better tenancy laws, service agreements (standby generator Et al) must be adhered to.

Oxymoron
